Tokenized Equity Holders Surge to Record 766K, Up 93% in July Alone

The number of tokenized stock holders has hit a record 766,366, jumping 93% in the past 30 days from roughly 396,000. Since the start of the year, the holder base has expanded by 527%, according to data from rwa.xyz.

July’s explosive growth is almost entirely attributable to Robinhood Chain, launched less than a month ago. Its tokens now occupy 15 of the top 25 spots by holder count, accounting for 268,162 holders — 55% of the top 25 and over a third of the entire tokenized equity universe.

Among Robinhood’s offerings, NVIDIA leads with 30,145 holders, followed by Apple (27,707), SpaceX (26,211), Alphabet Class A (23,268), and Tesla (21,151). The remaining ten range from AMD at 18,195 down to CoreWeave at 10,622.

This rapid ascent underscores a structural shift in equity tokenization, though the metric carries a caveat: one stock can be tokenized across multiple issuers. For instance, NVIDIA appears as three separate tokens, collectively occupying 112,959 slots — an artifact that inflates holder counts.
